Not thrilled? Return any ready-made print within 30 days for a full refund — no questions asked. Custom prints (your own upload) can be returned only if damaged or misprinted, since they're made just for you. Start a return by emailing support with your order number.
We collect only what's needed to fulfill your order: name, email and shipping address. We never sell your data to third parties. Payment is processed by trusted providers (PayPal, Stripe) — we never see or store your card number.
By ordering you confirm you own the rights to any image you upload, and grant us license to print it for your order only. Custom prints are non-refundable unless damaged. All product images are representative; slight color variation is normal in printing.
Uploaded artwork stays yours. We never resell, share or reuse customer uploads. If you believe your work appears here without permission, contact support and we'll act within 48 hours.
